Overnight care is provided in 24-hour increments. Cambria stays in your home, allowing her the flexibility to come and go as needed to tend to her family & other jobs, while keeping your pet’s needs and routine a top priority. Overnight stays are booked for a maximum of four nights.

Dog walking means Cambria comes to your home for a 15-30 minute leashed walk, with waste cleanup and a photo update, on a schedule that fits your day. Walks depend on the time of year due to the Arizona heat.

Overnight stays are booked in 24-hour increments, for a maximum of four nights. Cambria needs the flexibility to leave the home periodically to care for her own family and other scheduled drop-ins. She will always make sure your pets’ needs remain a top priority.
*There may be an additional fee for dogs over 60 lbs. *Extra fees will be added to last minute bookings.
Property Requirements
Pawsitively Reliable Pet & Home Care primarily serves private homes and condominiums within our service area. Due to parking and accessibility limitations, apartment complexes are not generally included in our service area.
Payment Policy for Extended Services
For bookings lasting more than one week, a 50% deposit is due before the service start date to secure the time. The remaining balance is due on the first day of service.
Booking Requests
Unless Cambria has a solidified relationship with you, she doesn't accept requests more than a month out. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Required Meet & Greet
Before Cambria takes any job, an in-person Meet & Greet is required, not optional. It lets her meet your pet, learn their routine and personality, and make sure everyone is comfortable and safe before the first booking.

Receive Daily Updates
During your pet's care, Cambria sends photos and notes about their day—what they ate, playtime, naps, and behavior. You'll have peace of mind knowing they're happy and loved.

Drop-in Visits: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled service. Cancellations made outside this window are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the service are non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained.
Overnight Stays / 24 Hr Care (pet or home): Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service. Cancellations made outside this window are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the service are non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained.
For weekly clients, same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to help protect the time Cambria has reserved for you.
